Irble Brooks

  Mrs. Irble Irene Brooks, 44, of Hornbeck, died at 1:50 a.m.,
Thursday, March 13, in the Leesville hospital.

  Survivors include two sons, Eddie Brooks, and Rickie Brooks,
both of Hornbeck; a daughter, Kathy Brooks of Hornbeck; two
brothers, Gene R. Strother of Auburn, Ala., and Ruvian Strother
of Bridge City, Tex.; and four sisters, Mrs. Thera Dunn, and Mrs.
Margie Stark, both of Alexandria, Mrs. Eleanor Hatch of Port
Arthur, Tex., and Mrs. Glenda Sticker of Houston, Tex.

  Services were held at 1 p.m., Saturday, in Hixson's chapel, with
the Revs. M. C. Green and C. J. McManus officiating.

  Burial was in Union Hill Cemetery, Glenmora.
