Mrs. Shirley Ann Strickland Brock

  Mrs. Shirley Ann Strickland Brock, 58, of Shreveport, La.,
passed away, November 20, 1993. Surviving relatives are one son,
Richard Simon of Shreveport, La.; six sisters, Laverne Blackmon
of Shreveport, La., Ivalee Stewart of Bethany Oklahoma, Colene
Anglin, Shreveport, La., Bobbie Parker, Shreveport, La., Betty
Whittington of Shreveport, La., Mary Lou McClung of Natchitoches,
La.; four brothers, Loy Strickland, Florien, La., Hoy Strickland
of Shreveport, La., Freeman Strickland of Dallas, Texas, Fred
Strickland of Shreveport, La.; a host of nieces and nephews.

  Services were held at Cenchrea Church of the Nazarene, on
Tuesday, November 23, 1993, at 10 a.m.. Burial was in Mt. Carmel
Cemetery, with the Rev. Pearl Brown, and the Rev. Ron Berry.

  Pallbearers were Loy Strickland, Fred Strickland, Jimmy McClung,
John Whittington, Freeman Strickland, Hoy Strickland, Rex Anglin.
