Tony W. Burkett

  Tony Burkett, 85, of Bastrop, died Tuesday, Apr 27, after an
extended illness.

  Funeral services were held in the Blackwell and Golden Funeral
Home Chapel Thursday, Apr. 29, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Bob
Armistead officiating. Burial was in the Pickett Cemetery in Bastrop.

  Among his survivors were two sisters of Converse, Mrs. E. A.
Hubier, Sr., and Mrs. M. J. Paul.
