Mrs. Ida Brewster

  Mrs. Ida Brewster, 77, of marthaville, died in Pleasant Hill
Tuesday, May 11, at 1:40 a.m., after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 12, at 2 p.m., in the
Old Pisgah Baptist Church, with the Rev. J. P. King officiating.
Burial was in the Old Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband, Willie Brewster of Marthaville;
three sons, Billy and Rubin Brewster of Marthaville, and Troy
Brewster of Alexandria; two daughters, Mrs. Georgia Slay of
Marthaville, and Mrs. Mary Cobbs of Pleasant Hill; one brother,
Clarence Brewster of Many; 13 grandchildren, and 1 great
grandchild.

  Her body was taken to the residence at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, to
lie in state until service time.
