Johnnie B. Brewster, Sr.

  Johnnie B. Brewster sr., 69, of Pleasant Hill, died April 2,
2003.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., April 4, at Spring Ridge
Baptist church in Pleasant Hill, with interment following at
Spring Ridge Cemetery. The Rev. Glen Howard officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Dorothy Brewster of Pleasant Hill;
two sons, Johnnie Brewster Jr. of Pleasant Hill, and Jeff
Brewster of Crossett, Ark.; five daughters, Lois Gennings and
husband Gordon of Jenison, MI., Suzette Pryor and husband Earl of
Bossier Parish, Jennifer Anders and husband Reggie, and Tasha
Anders and husband Jim, all of Pleasant Hill; five sisters, Aline
O'Quinn of Boyce, Ruby Craig of DeSoto, Texas, Loree Lauw, and
Elva Ross, both of Marthaville, and Verline Houston of Chicago,
Ill.; 11 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

  He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Maggie
Brewster; one sister, Bonnie Stockton; three brothers, Marvin
Brewster, Melvin Brewster, and Charles Brewster.

  Pallbearers were Kenneth Barnes, Doyle Stockton, Robert Waddle,
Joe Bridges, David Hall, and Richard Booker.
