VIRGINIA A. BYRD

Alexandria Town Talk, May 18, 1998

MANY - Services for Virginia Antoinette Byrd will be at 2 p.m. today in the
chapel of Warren Meadows with the Rev. Bob Hamilton officiating. Burial will
be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Mrs. Byrd, 77, of Many died Saturday, May 16, 1998, in Natchitoches.

Survivors include her husband, Sullivan Byrd of Many; three sons, Richard
Byrd, Gerald Byrd and David Byrd, all of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Sandra
Lowery of Haughton and Susan Swan of Houston, Texas; one sister, Elizabeth
Pennington of Grants Pass, Ore.; six grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Benny Wayne Byrd, Richard Byrd Jr., Kenny Barnhill, Doug
Lowery, Bobby Chance and Mike Swan.
