The Sabine Index - Ella F. Britt 
  
  3 Dec 1948 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Ella F. Britt, age 80, who 
passed away at her home near Florien, were conducted at Middle 
Creek Baptist church at 2 p.m. Wednesday by Rev. Monroe Roberts, 
assisted by Rev. Tibbitts. 
  
  Interment followed under direction Massingill funeral home. 
  
  Surviving relatives include: sons, Abner of Talco, Texas, 
Raymond of Florien, T. E. of Belmont, Wellington and Alfred of 
Beaumont, Texas; daughters, Mrs. Bertie Wilson of Plainview 
community, Mrs. Claudia German of Florien; brother, Elisha 
Richard of Overton, Texas, 24 grandchildren.
