Susie Beard

  Miss Susie Beard, 71, of Coushatta, died in a Shreveport
hospital, Friday, May 6.

  Services were at 3 p.m., Sunday, in the Rockett-Nettles Funeral
Chapel, with the Rev. Allen J. Dupree officiating. Burial was in
Ajax Cemetery.

  Surviving are two brothers, Bob Beard, and Noel Beard, both of
Coushatta; two sisters, Mrs. A. L. Byrd of Ajax, and Mrs. N. H.
Martin of Coushatta, and a number of nieces and nephews.
