The Sabine Index - Thomas Alfred Byrd

  14 Dec 1956 - Funeral services for Thomas Alfred Byrd, 85,
who died at Leesville, Monday, Dec. 10 was conducted at Pleasant
Hill Baptist church at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11 with Rev.
Rachel, assisted by Rev. Robert Crawford officiating.

  Survivors are one son, Z. J. Byrd, of Monroe; daughters, Mrs.
Nancy Greenwood of Lake Charles, Mrs. Anna Mae Mooney of Houston,
Texas, Mrs. Tennessee Cloessner of Leesville, five grandchildren,
two great-grandchildren, brothers, Fletcher Byrd of Florien,
Deverster Byrd of Pisgah, R. L. Byrd of Hornbeck, Joe Byrd of
Toro, sister, Mrs. Susan Bass.
