John Henry Britt

  John Henry Britt, 77, of Leesville, died April 18, at 10:50
a.m., after an extended illness.

  Mr. Britt is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eula Britt of Leesville;
two sons, Gerald E. Britt, and Royce M. Britt of Houston, Tex.;
two daughters, Mrs. Jimmie Burns of Leesville, and Mrs. Faye
Vines of Houston, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Rena Brantley of
Converse; 10 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Friday, April 20, at 2 p.m., in the
Alford Heights Baptist Church, with the Rev. Carl Burrs, the Rev.
T. J. Crosby, and the Rev. Earl Marr officiating. Burial was in
the Fenders Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.
