The Sabine Index - John William Byrd

  4 Dec 1942 - Last rites for John William Byrd, age 55 years,
were held last Saturday at two o'clock at Fort Jesup Baptist
church, Rev. W. G. Bailey officiating, interment in Fort Jesup
cemetery, Dennis-Green funeral home directing.

  Surviving are: two brothers, Edd and Joe Byrd of Many route two;
three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth McClellan of Fisher, Mrs. Mary
Williams and Mrs. Vella Brown of Many.
