  Mr. James Alfred Britt, 92, of Bossier City, died Friday, Feb.
22, 2002, at Doctor's Hospital.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Feb. 25, at Hornbeck
United Methodist Church, with interment following at Prospect
Cemetery. The Rev. John Koelemay, and the Rev. William A. Moon
III officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Gladys Britt of Bossier City; son,
James M. Britt and wife Kristine of Beaumont, Texas; two
daughters, Pamela Lindow of Bossier City, and Elizabeth A. Moon
and husband Bill of Winnsboro; seven grandchildren; 20 great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

  Pallbearers were her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers were Curtis
Carlin, and Troy Sandel.
