Ernest Bridges

  Ernest Bridges, 83, of Pelican, died Saturday night, Nov. 20, in
a Pleasant Hill hospital, after a brief illness.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, in the Wallace
Baptist Church near Pleasant Hill, with the Rev. Tom Gillooly
officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery, under the
direction of the Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.

  He is survived by a brother, George Bridges of Pelican; and a
number of nieces and nephews.
