Madge M. Bridges

  Services for Mrs. Madge M. Bridges, 80, of Mansfield, were held
at 2 p.m., Monday, September 6, at the Drewett Memorial Chapel in
Mansfield. Dr. Williams T. Crosby officiated. Burial was in
Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pleasant Hill.

  Mrs. Bridges, born in Pleasant Hill, died Saturday, September 4,
at the Guest House Nursing Home in Shreveport, after a long
illness.

  She is survived by her husband, John Bridges of Mansfield;
daughter, Miriam Geraldine Bridges of Shreveport; two brothers,
Herbert Mosley, and Edward Mosely of Shreveport; two sisters,
Mrs. Mary M. Robinson of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Emma Longino of
Shreveport; a number of nieces and nephews.

  The family requests that any memorials be made to the Pleasant
Hill Baptist Church, or the First Baptist Church of Mansfield.
