Ms. Mabel M. Bartels

  Ms. Mabel M. Bartels. 80, died at 7:30 p.m., Monday, July 7, in
Many.

  Funeral services were held Friday, July 11, at 11 a.m., at
Hixson Chapel, Lake Charles, with interment following at
Consolota Cemetery in Lake Charles.

  Survivors include two sons, Ray Bartels of Many, and Shelby H.
Bartels of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Maggie Nell Andis of
Bloomfield, N. M.; two sisters, Enite Guilbeaux, and Annie
Temple, both of Nederland, Texas; nine grandchildren; and seven
great grandchildren.
