Bro. Carl Mullins, Bro. Robert Hollis, and Bro. Bob Rushing officiated. Interment was in Toledo Christian Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Bardin was born in Strong, Arkansas, an Air Force Veteran, and auto mechanic, and retired truck driver for West La. Petroleum. Mr. Bardin was a resident of Toledo Bend Lake Area since 1972. He was an active member of Toledo Bend Church of Christ. Mr. Bardin passed away at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport on September 9, 1994. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Arzelia Bardin of Many, Chuck and Angela Bardin of Many, and Andy Addison of Leesville; foster brother, Willis "Junior" Malone of Carrollton, Ga.; four grandchildren, T. Franklin Addison, Rae Addison, Sylvia Bardin, and Charlotte Bardin; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pallbearers were A. L. "Top" Garner, George "Buck" Johnson, Marion Garner, Galen Sargent, W. I. "Buster" Boutwell, Kevin Durr, Ernest Richard, and Phillip Rushing.
