The Sabine Index - Joseph Berel

  2 Aug 1940 - Funeral services for Joseph Berel, 67, who died
suddenly at his home near Florien July 28, were held Monday with Rev.
Stockman officiating.  Burial was in Lewing cemetery under direction
of Dennis-Green funeral home.

  Surviving are the widow and eight children, Jack Berel, Sam Berel,
Elmer Berel, Mrs. R. E. Williams, Mrs. John Hollis of Florien, Mrs.
Charley Jackson of Bossier City, Mrs. Charles Bonomo of Marshall,
Texas and Mrs. A. R. Hale of Port Arthur, Texas; one sister, Mrs.
J. M. Coburn of Florien and a number of grandchildren.
