Mrs. Linder Ophelia Brown

  Mrs. Linder Brown, 77, passed away Tuesday, April 27 in Jasper,
Texas.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 30 in Jasper,
Texas with interment following at Converse Cemetery.

  Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Sepulvado of Jasper, Texas;
two sons, James Brown, Jr. of Arizona and Donald Brown of California;
four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Minnie
Ola Cartinez of Zwolle; Willie Simmons of Joyce; and Cloteal Anderson
of Coushatta. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents, Alien
S. Williams and Mary Bass; husband, James W. Brown; one grandson; one
sister; and four brothers.
