T. D. Brown

  Funeral services for T. D. Brown, 57, of Marthaville, were held
at 3:30 a.m., Friday, June 22, in the Spring Ridge Baptist
Church.

  The Rev. Leroy Chance, and the Rev. Jerry Arthur officiated, and
burial was in the Spring Ridge Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Brown died Thursday, June 21, at 3:30 a.m., following a short
illness.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Brown; one son, Mike Brown
of Marthaville; three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Farmer, Mrs.
Corliss Singletary, and Mrs. Shannon Britt of Marthaville; two
brothers, Francis and Cecil Brown of Mansfield; five sisters,
Mrs. Exie Phillips, Mrs. Gertie Largent, Mrs. Melba Ponder of
Shreveport, and Mrs. Pauline Litton, and Mrs. Nevada Sistrunk of
Mansfield, and five grandchildren.
