The Sabine Index - Chrisie E. Brown 
  
  25 Dec 1959 - Last rites for Mrs. Chrisie E. Brown, age 59, who 
died Dec. 22 at Center, Texas were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 23 
at Union Baptist church, Belmont with Rev. Lester Melton and Rev. 
Louis Skinner officiating. 
  
  Interment was in church cemetery under direction of Warren 
Funeral home. 
  
  Pallbearers were Wayne and Benny Frank Skinner, Jimmy, Philip 
and Raymond Haley and Cecil Brown. 
  
  Survivors are husband, Ottis G. Brown of Joaquin, Texas, 
daughter, Romona Landgreve, Houston; sons, Guy L. Brown of 
Nederland, Texas, Otis Gayle Brown of Port Neches; mother, Mrs. 
Lela Haley of Belmont; sisters, Georgia Skinner of Belmont, 
Martha Skinner of Houston, Katie Derwickle of Baton Rouge, Irma 
McCormick of Zwolle, brothers, Elmer and Rudolph Haley both of 
Belmont; Walter Haley of Beaumont and seven grandchildren.
