Mrs. Julia S. Brown

  Mrs. Julia S. Brown, 82, of Hornbeck, died at 2:30 a.,m., on
Thursday, Nov. 14, in Many.

  She is survived by her husband, Dunacn Brown, of Hornbeck, four
sons, Grover Brown of Hornbeck, Osther Brown of Lake Charles, and
Edward H. Brown, and Marvin Brown of Hornbeck; a daughter, Mrs.
Geneva Fleming of San Antonio, Tex.; a sister, Mrs. Laura
Withers, Hornbeck; 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and
three great-great grandchildren.

  Services were held Saturday, Nov. 16, at 11 a.m., at the
Prewitt's Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Robert Graham, and
the Rev. Bud McCullough officiating. Interment was in the
Prewitt's Chapel Cemetery.
