Hugh Brown Sr.

  Hugh Harvey Brown Sr., 51, of Coushatta, died Friday, June 18.

  Services were at 3 p.m., Sunday, in Spring Ridge Baptist Church,
with the Rev. Vernon Stephenson, and Fred Salter officiating.
Burial was in the Spring Ridge Cemetery.

  Survivors include his wife; four sons, Clyde Brown, Harvey Brown
Jr., and Robert Pinkey Brown, all of Pleasant Hill, and Jimmy Ray
Brown of Marthaville; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Ann Permenter,
Mrs. Betty Louise Anders, and Mrs. Nena Bass, all of Pleasant
Hill; two brothers, Bill Dans of Marthaville, and Larry Free of
Shreveport; one sister, Mrs. Maggie Jamison of Mansfield; and six
grandchildren.
