The Sabine Index - James Gandy Brown

  8 Jun 1956 - Last rites for James Gandy Brown, 64, who passed
away Saturday, June 2, at Rusk, Texas was conducted at 2 p.m.
Monday, June 4, at the Warren Funeral Home chapel with Rev. K. A.
Jones officiating. Interment was in Fisher cemetery under the
direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are brothers, Julius Brown of North Carolina; Clyde
and R. A. Brown of Port Arthur; sisters, Mrs. Albert Miller of
Many, Mrs. W. R. Manasco, Mrs. H. L. Russell, Miss Ester Brown
all of Port Arthur; Mrs. Octal Lamb of Minola and Miss Ann Brown
of San Antonio, Texas.

  Pallbearers were Robert Russell, Bill Russell, Earnest
Russell, Ralph Russell, Hoyt Lockwood and H. L. Russell.
