Nancy E. Brown

  Nancy Elizabeth Brown, 89, of Mansfield, died Wednesday morning,
Dec. 26, in DeSoto General Hospital, after a short illness.

  The funeral was at 2 p.m., Thursday, in Old Union Baptist Church
near Mansfield, with the Rev. Gothel Burr, and the Rev. Martintel
officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, William C. Brown of Mansfield;
two sons, Prentice D. Brown of Converse, and Leroy P. Brown of
Mansfield; two daughters, Mabel I. Norwood of Converse, and Hazel
Jenkins of Eunice; one brother, V. F. Barron of Oak Grove; two
sisters, Alene Barnhill of Converse, and Irene Davis, Shreveport;
11 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
