Lea Opal Brown

  On Sunday, March 20, 1983, at 12:10 p.m., Mrs. Lea Opal Brown of
Keithville, died at Willis Knighton Hospital in Shreveport. She
was 58.

  Surviving her death was one son, Roy Lee Brown, Florien; two
daughters, Opal Mae Streetman, Keithville, Mary Lea Geoghagan,
Many; one sister, Loread Mitchell, Anacoco; two brothers, L. B.
Roshta, Verdo, La., Reed Roshto, Joe Roshto, both of DeRidder;
one half sister, Janie Treshell Natchitoches; 8 grandchildren;
and one great granddaughter.

  Services for Mrs. Brown were held Tuesday, March 22, at 2 p.m.,
at Prewitts Chapel Baptist Church. Interment was held at Prewitts
Chapel Cemetery. Bros. Randy Johnson, Robert Graham, Larry
Laurent officiated at the services. Arrangements were made with
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
