Leona Lucy Brown

  Services for Mrs. Leona Lucy Brown, 82, of Hornbeck, were held
at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 11, at the First Baptist Church of
Hornbeck. The Rev. Roy Dowden officiated. Burial was at Prewitt
Chapel Cemetery in Hornbeck. Plans were under the direction of
Hixson Funeral Home in Leesville.

  Mrs. Brown died Tuesday, July 9, 1985, at the Willis-Knighton
Medical Center in Shreveport, La.

  She is survived by one daughter, Louise Brantley of Shreveport,
La., and a host of other relatives, and many friends.
