  Charles Roland Brown - March 24, 1988

  Mr. Charles Roland Brown, 69, of Many died at the VA Medical
Center in Shreveport on March 20, 1988.

  Services were held at Aimwell Baptist Church on March 22 at 4:30
p.m. with Rev. Stephen Neesley officiating. Burial was at Aimwell
Cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Brown was a WWII Veteran and a Purple Heart recipient.

  He is survived by his wife, Mildred Brown of Many; one son,
Charles Henry Brown of Denham Springs; two daughters, Verone
Walker of Haughton and Barbara Ann Leone of Ft. Worth, Tx.; half
brother, Edmond Hyatt of Sulphur; one sister Helen Ecoff of
Webster Grove, Missouri, nine grandchildren and two great
grandchildren.
