Funeral services were conducted at Ebenezer Baptist church at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 17, with Rev. G. W. Miller officiating, assisted by Rev. Geo. F. Leysath. Interment was in church cemetery under direction of Warren Funeral home. Survivors are wife, Mrs. Lutitia Brown, Florien, sons, E. T. and Wayne Brown, both of Many, Keith and Glyn Brown, both of Welsh, Carl Brown of Alburquerque, N. M.; daughters, Mrs. Grace Arrington of DeRidder, Mrs. Maybel Funderburk of Gibsland; brothers, Calvin and David Brown of DeRidder; Duncan Brown of Hornbeck: sister, Mrs. Nora Jarrel of Hot Springs, Ark.: 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; pallbearers were Sam Cook, Johnnie Corley, Howard Salter, Clayton Miller, Johnnie Hopkins, Clarence Bush.
