Olvin Columbus Brown

  Funeral services for Mr. Olvin Columbus Brown, 71, were held at
2 p.m., Sunday, April 21, at Prewitt Chapel. Interment followed
in the Prewitt Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home. Rev. Huey Haymon officiated.

  Mr. Brown died Friday, April 19, at Willis-Knighton Medical
Center in Shreveport.

  He is survived by his wife, Agnes Bridges Brown of Hornbeck; two
daughters and sons-in-law, Janice and Malcolm Cole of Plainview
Community, Linda and Jim Hilton of Alexandria; one sister, Myrtie
White of Kirbyville, Tex.; and three grandchildren, Waylon Cole
of Plainview Community, Stacy Cole of Plainview Community, and
Christopher Hilton of Alexandria.
