Officiating was Bentley L. Masingill, assisted by Rev. Gordon Warren. Burial was in the Springridge Cemetery in Springhill, under the direction of Rose-Neath Homer Funeral Home. Mrs. Brian died Friday, Dec. 13, at Claiborne Manor Nursing Home, following a long illness. Mrs. Brian was the owner of a café and Dairy Queen. She was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Joel Henderson. She is survived by two sons, William L. (Sonny) Haley of Lafayette, and E. H. (Bud) Dinkins of Tyler, Tex.; one daughter, Roxanne (Anne) Odom of Homer; one sister, Marie Baxley of Shreveport; five brothers, Charles Bozeman of Baton Rouge, Asbury Bozeman of West Lake, Talmadge Bozeman of West Lake, Recie Bozeman of Longstreet, and Harold Bozeman of Pleasant Hill; three grandchildren, Robin Hanson, Jack Arden Henderson Jr., and Mellody Holden; three great grandchildren, Brookie, and Kolton Hanson, and Shellie Hyde; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Roy Bush Bridges, Hugh Hardee, Guffey (Lynn) Pattison, Danny Bozeman, Truly Bozeman, and Clarence Gewin. Memorials may be made to the Progress Presbyterian Church of Pleasant Hill.
