M. A. Barron

  M. A. Barron, 87, of Florien, died in a Zwolle hospital,
Wednesday morning, March 27, after an extended illness.

  Survivors are his widow; two sons, Mid Barron of Many, and
Johnny Barron of Florien; two daughters, Mrs. Annie Carnline of
Robeline, and Mrs. Pearl Singletary of DeRidder; 11
grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Thursday, March 28, in the
Middle Creek Baptist Church, with the Rev. Herman Barron, and the
Rev. Richard Gillespie officiating. Burial was in the Fisher
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
