Jesse Brown

  Funeral services for Jesse Brown, age 78, who passed away at the
Sabine Clinic Sunday, June 15, were conducted at Ebenezer Baptist
Church at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 17, with Rev. G. D. Miller
officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lutitia Brown of Florien; sons, E.
T., and Wayne Brown, both of Many, Keith, and Glyn Brown, both of
Welsh, Carl Brown of Albuquerque, N. M.; daughters, Mrs. Grace
Arrington of DeRidder, Mrs. Maybel Funderburk of Gibsland;
brothers, Calvin, and David Brown of DeRidder, Duncan Brown of
Hornbeck; sister, Mrs. Nora Jarrell of Hot Springs, Ark.; 16
grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Pallbearers were his
Sunday School class.
