Mrs. Vivian Barnes

  Mrs. Vivian Barnes, 74, of Pleasant Hill, died Monday, March 17,
in a Converse hospital, after a short illness.

  Funeral services were at 4 p.m., Wednesday in the Pleasant Hill
Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ed Dilsworth officiating. Burial
was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

  Survivors include six sons, Roy Barnes of Lacomb, Edmond Barnes
of Pleasant Hill, Walter Barnes of Picyne, Miss., Gordon Barnes
of Marine City, Mich., L. H. Barnes of Leland, Mich., Jerry
Barnes of Warren Mich.; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Neal, and
Mrs. Pat Durr, both of Pleasant Hill; 29 grandchildren, and 61
great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Withers of Pleasant
Hill, and Mrs. Sadie Clark of Logansport.
