The Sabine Index - Mrs. Alice Burns

  18 Nov 1955 - Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Burns, 94, who
passed away at Shreveport Saturday, Nov. 12 was conducted at
Zwolle Methodist church Monday, Nov. 14, at 10:30 a.m. with Rev.
Frank Collins officiating.

  Interment was in Zwolle cemetery under the direction of Warren
Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors are her sons, H. R. Burns and Leoan (sic)
Burns of Shreveport, daughters, Mrs. Addie Roberts of Tullos,
Mrs. Alme Waller of Many, Mrs. Annie Youngblood of Zwolle, Mrs.
Zadie Winkler of Shreveport, half brothers, Morris Smith of
Salva, Texas, Fount Smith of Fields, E. B. Smith of Hemphill,
Texas, and June Smith of Time, Texas; 43 grandchildren, 84
great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
