Henry Robert Burns

  Henry Robert "Shorty" Burns, 80, of Shreveport, a retired
railroad switchman, died July 13, following a brief illness.

  Mr. Burns had been an employee of the Illinois Central Railroad
for 25 years.

  Funeral services were held July 16, at 2:30 p.m., at Osborn
Funeral Home in Shreveport. Burial was in Centuries Memorial Park
Cemetery.

  Among survivors is a sister, Mrs. Annie Henderson Youngblood of
Zwolle.
