Rena B. Brantley

  Mrs. Rena B. Brantley, 87, died in the Byrd Memorial Hospital in
Leesville, at 4:23 p.m., Monday, Oct. 27, following an extended
illness.

  Survivors include one son, Drewie McComic of Converse; two
daughters, Lula Mae Russell of Lufkin, Tex., and Rena Davis of
Zwolle; 4 step grandchildren; 4 grandchildren; 12 great
grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She is also
survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29, at the
Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel. Rev. Lynn Foley officiated. Burial
was in the Florien Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.
