Zion Baptist Church, for Mr. Willard Roger Bryant, 28, of Pleasant Hill. Officiating were the Rev. Percy Tibbits, and the Rev. Adrian Pater. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Many, with the Warren Meadows Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Bryant died Sunday, March 7, at Pleasant Hill Hospital, after an extended illness. A native of Sabine Parish, he was employed by Baroid of Lake Charles. He was a graduate of Many High School, and Northwestern University, with a B.S. degree, a member of the NRA, a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps, and a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Bryant, Pleasant Hill; three brothers, Gay Bryant, Shreveport, Mark Bryant, Many, and Robert Page Bryant, Pleasant Hill; two sisters, Mrs. Jan Sepulvado, Zwolle, and Mrs. Kathy Holt, Leesville; three nieces; and three nephews.
