Mrs. Thomas Brumley

  Funeral services for Mrs. Thomas M. Brumley of Many were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday,
April 27 in the Mount Zion Baptist Church in Many. Burial was in the Mount Zion Cemetery,
under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville.

  Mrs. Brumley died at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 25, in a Many hospital.

  Survivors include her husband; one son, James D. Brumley, both of Many; three daughters,
Mrs. Bertha M. Slaughter of Hornbeck, Mrs. Lola B. Mitchell of Many, and Mrs. Emma M.
Ledoux of Shreveport; four brothers, Henry Oxley, Jim Oxley, and Hezikiah Oxley, all of
Many; one sister, Mrs. Emma Hayes of Many; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
