Brumley, 42, of Gladewater, Tex., were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, in the Malcolm Stone Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. B. F. Risinger officiating. Graveside services and burial were in the Hillcrest Cemetery, in Bossier City. Mr. Brumley was pronounced dead at the scene of an automobile - motorcycle accident Tuesday night on Highway 145 South near Gladewater. He was a native of Many, and was a building contractor in Shreveport and Bossier City for a number of years. Survivors include his widow, three sons, Carroll Brumley, with the U. S. Navy in California, Richard Brumley, a student at Texas A&M University, and Tim Brumley of Gladewater; his mother, Mrs. Vinnie Brumley of Haughton, La.; five brothers, J. W. Brumley of Shreveport, T. J. Brumley of Houston, Marlin H. Brumley of Haughton, La., Jasper O. Brumley of Baton Rouge, La., and Olin D. Brumley of Longview; three sisters, Mrs. Effie Savell of Many, La., Mrs Oneda Brown of Silsbee, and Mrs. Jennie George of Shreveport.
