Jesse D. Brumley

  Jesse D. Brumley, 77, of Shreveport, died on Tuesday, April 2.

  Brumley is survived by four daughters, Mrs. W. C. Eakin,
Shreveport, Mrs. H. P. Gallaway, Sarasota, Fla., Mrs. C. C.
Mothershed, Lafayette, and Mrs. Hubert Branan, Houston; one son,
Wilson Brumley, Oletha Kansas; one brother, W. B. Brumley, Many;
and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church on
Thursday, April 4, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Robert Meridith
officiating.

  Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers included Steve Eakin, Bill Eakin, Mark Eakin, Tommy
Eakin, and Ronnie McWherter.
