Mr. Kenneth Charles Barnhill

  Mr. Kenneth Charles Barnhill, 46, of Willis, Texas, died
Saturday, Aug. 26, 2000, in Houston, Texas. He was born on Jan.
21, 1954, in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 29, at the
chapel at Conroe Funeral Directors, with interment following at
Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

  Survivors include his widow, Pat Barnhill; parents, Charles and
Margie Barnhill; sons, Scott and wife Kelly Barnhill, and Charlie
Barnhill; brother Dwayne and wife Karen Barnhill; sister, Alice
Faye and husband Norman Craiger; grandsons, Treigh Barnhill and
Zach Rentz; and numerous nieces and nephews.

  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Texas Liver Center,
Hermann Prof. Bldg., 6410 Fannin, suite 370, Houston, Texas.
