Nellie Berly Barnhill

  Services were held for Mrs. Nellie Berly Barnhill of
Marthaville, at 2 p.m., Friday, December 10, at the Marthaville
Methodist Church, where she was a member. Rev. Abe M. Conerly,
and Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiated. Burial was in Beulah Cemetery
near Marthaville. Arrangements were under the direction of
Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches.

  Mrs. Barnhill, a native of Robeline, died Wednesday morning,
Dec. 8, 1982, at Natchitoches Parish Hospital.

  She is survived by two sons, Doyle Ray Barnhill of Rapid City,
S. D., and Jimmy Dale Barnhill of Shreveport; two daughters, Mrs.
Joyce Nell Crump, and Miss Helen Ruth Barnhill of Marthaville;
two sisters, Miss Beulah Berly of Marthaville, and Mrs. Doris
Woodel of Fisher; three brothers, George C. Berly, and Robert E.
Berly of Marthaville, Edwin M. Berly of DeRidder; seven
grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
