Mrs. Shirley Jean Brumley

  Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Jean Brumley of Converse, were
held Thursday, Jan. 17, at 2 p.m., at First Baptist Church of
Converse, with Rev. James Miller, and Dr. Sidney Young
officiating. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Services were under
the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Brumley died at her residence, Wednesday, Jan. 16, 1985, at
4:50 p.m. She was 51 years old.

  Survivors include her husband, Hubert Brumley of Converse; four
brothers, David K. Watson of Waldo, Ark., J. T. Watson, and Billy
Watson, both of Houston, and Ralph Watson of Borger, Tex.; five
sisters, Mrs. Mary Ellen Averett of Natchitoches, Mrs. Barbara
Edmundson of Daingerfield, Tex., Mrs. Juanita Handley of Oklahoma
City, Mrs., Lucille Lafitte, and Miss Cheryl Watson, both of
Houston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
