Earl Browning

  Earl Browning, 84, of Belmont, died on Friday, Oct. 3, at 10:30,
following a short illness.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Charita Browning of Belmont,
two sons, Lenard Browning of Bursly, and Huey Browning of
Belmont; two daughters, Mrs. Viva Murphy of Portland, Ore., and
Mrs. Louise Skinner of Belmont; three brothers, Tom Browning of
Missouri; Ben Browning of Washington State, and Ott Browning of
Kentucky; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Fickle of Kentucky, and Mrs.
Irene Durane of Florida; 17 grandchildren, and 21 great
grandchildren.

  Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5, at the
Belmont Cemetery, with the Rev. J. P. King officiating.
