Mrs. Roxie Berryman

  Funeral services for Mrs. Roxie Berryman, 78, of Hemphill, Tex.,
were held at 10 a.m., at the Old Caldwell Cemetery in Sabine
Parish.

  Mrs. Berryman was born November 6, 1916, in Rattan, La., to Eva
Caldwell and Henry Brown. She was preceded in death by her
husband, William F. Berryman.

  Survivors include two sons, William Berryman, Milam, Tex.,
Billie Berryman, Atlanta, Ga.; one daughter, Violet Sue Walker,
Colorado Springs, Colo.; a sister, Janie Merideth, Lompoc,
Calif.; a brother, William F. Brown, Ft. Walton Beach, Fla.; 8
grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and
nephews.

  Pallbearers were Corey Walker, Stephen Castle, Dana Castle,
Billie Berryman Jr., and Don Berryman.
