Mrs. Winnie Kelly Shoemake Brimer

  Services for Mrs. Winnie Kelly Shoemake Brimer will be held in
the Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home Chapel, at 2 p.m., Monday,
with Rev. Owen Lofton, and Sister Peggy Marcelli officiating.
Burial will follow in the Old Pisgah Cemetery, Marthaville.

  Mrs. Winnie Kelly Shoemake Brimer, 90, died at Natchitoches
Parish Hospital, Saturday, Jan. 29, 1994. She was a native of
Sabine Parish, a member of the Old Pisgah Baptist Church near
Marthaville, and she was a homemaker.

  Survivors include four sons, W. M. "Bo" Kelly of Natchitoches,
Hoyt Shoemake of Hobbs, N. M., J. C. Shoemake, and Julius
Shoemake of Coushatta, La.; one stepson, Robert Brimer of
Bentley, La.; three daughters, Loretta Beal of Natchitoches,
Ellen Lewis of Lafayette, La., and Esther Campbell of Belmont,
La.; three stepdaughters, Syble Copeland, and Margie Johnson,
both of Bentley, La., Opal Vandewaters of Alexandria; 167
grandchildren; 143 great grandchildren; 125 great-great
grandchildren; and 52 great-great-great grandchildren.

  Visitation was held on Sunday, from 3:10 p.m., and Monday, from
8 a.m. until service time, in the funeral home.

  Pallbearers were Phillip Thompson, Wayne Campbell, Derek
Campbell, Mark Campbell, Tracy Shoemake, and Karry Shoemake.
