Mrs. Elizabeth Viola Carter Brewer

  Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Viola Carter Brewer, 27, of Many,
were held Sunday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m., at the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter Day Saints, with Bishop Glen Hardy, and Bishop
Buckey Slay officiating. Burial was in the New Hope Cemetery.

  Mrs. Brewer died Thursday, Nov. 17, at Sabine Medical Center.

  Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Brewer of Many; two sons,
James and Christopher Brewer of Many; one daughter, Michelle
Brewer of Many, parents, Everest and Shirley Ann Carter of
Florien; two brothers, Everest Walter Carter, and Jerry Lynn
Carter of Florien; one sister, Betty Sue Rains of Florien; her
maternal grandmother, Vinnie Punkey of Maringo, Iowa, and her
maternal great grandmother, Icey Punkey of Maringo, Iowa.

  Pallbearers for the funeral were Wes Harrison, Melvin Tarpley,
Jerry Rains, Mitchell Carter, David Carter, Bozzie Hardy, and Joe
Hardy.

  Arrangements were under the direction of the Warren Meadows
Funeral Home in Many.
