Officiating was Rev. Elrige Anselmi. Interment was at Shiloh Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mrs. Coffey passed away Tuesday, Oct. 15, in Bossier City. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert James and Vircy Webb Leggett; four brothers, James, Tommy, Virgil, and Bobby Leggett; and three sisters, Rosie Batson, Imogene Leggett, and Katherine Marie Johnson. Mrs. Coffey is survived by her husband, Eugene Alton Coffey of Converse; daughter, Robin Whittington of Zwolle; son, Daniel Coffey of Converse; two sisters, Betty Louise McComic of Many, and Letha Bearden of Fisher; five brothers, Billy Ray Leggett, A. J. Leggett, both of Converse, Samuel Leggett of Denham Springs, Joe Leggett of Converse, Jimmy Leggett of Brownwood, Tex.; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Mike McComic, Tony McComic, John Fugler, Jerry Leggett, and Paul Coffey. Honorary pallbearers were Virginia's Brothers.
