J. C. Cobb

  J. C. Cobb, 58, of Haughton, was pronounced dead on arrival at
Bossier General Hospital Monday, Feb. 5, following a brief
illness.

  Funeral services were held Feb. 7, at Belle Park Baptist Church,
with the Rev. V. L. Brandon, pastor, officiating. Burial was in
Bethany Cemetery, under the direction of First National Funeral
Home of Shreveport.

  Mr. Cobb is survived by his widow, of Hornbeck; one stepson,
Doyle Cox of Dallas; one daughter, Miss Ola Cobb of Haughton; one
brother, Arthur Cobb of Hornbeck; and two sisters, Mrs. Lena
Smith of Coushatta, and Mrs. Ola Payne of Shreveport.
