Burial was held at Brookland Cemetery near Haslem, Tex. Rev. Eddie DeHondt, assoc. pastor of Summer Grove Baptist Church of Shreveport, officiated at the services. Arrangements were under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Mrs. Coupland died Tuesday, May 24, at Willis Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport, after a lengthy illness. She was 77. Born in Joaquin, Tex., as a resident of Many, she attended Aimwell Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, Henry Leo Irvine, Hopeville, Georgia; one daughter, Mrs. Murphy Foster of Shreveport; one brother, Henry H. Moseley of Baton Rouge; six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
